Cancellations and
No Shows
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. A credit card will be taken at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if the appointment is missed.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. If the client no-shows without a call, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.
If there is no card, or the card on file is incorrect or expired, the amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled.
Appointments are booked with a precise amount of time for specific services and built in time for proper sanitizing procedures. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your service, as to not inconvenience or delay the client booked after you.
When a no-show/late cancellation occurs, it takes up large blocks of time that impact our stylists and other guests. We understand that things sometimes happen, however we aim to give everybody the time they deserve.
Payment
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and personal checks. If a check is returned, we will apply the returned check fee to your next appointment, and another check may not be used in the future.
Color or Cut Adjustments
We strive to make every person who sits in our chair as happy as possible. However, if for some reason you don’t love your hair, please call to speak with your stylist within 7 days of your original visit to schedule an adjustment. We want you to love your hair and will do everything in our power to make that happen!
Product Returns
All products are final sale unless there is a malfunction or the product is defective.
Children
We are parents ourselves and love our littles, however we also strive to create a safe, relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests. Due to the nature of our work, the tools we use daily we will not allow children under 12 years of age in the salon. We appreciate and thank you for your understanding.
